In December 2016, Beijing Zhonglun Wende Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonglun Wende") assisted Inner Mongolia Haoteng Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haoteng Animal Husbandry") in the national SME stock transfer system ("New Third Board") successfully listed.

During the listing process, Zhong Lun Wende, as a special legal consultant of Haoteng Animal Husbandry, provided professional legal services such as legal due diligence, share reform, company internal management norms, and preparation of legal documents.
