He has obtained the loan officer qualification issued by ICBC.

Mr.Chen has worked in the ICBC for many years in credit and has qualified as commercial bank loan officer. Chen is mainly engaged in the disposal of non-performing assets, corporate accounts receivable management and collection, corporate perennial legal counsel, litigation and arbitration, etc.

He specializes in the disposal of financial non-performing assets and the collection of non-performing assets (risk agents), corporate perennial legal counsel, corporate merger and acquisition and intellectual property litigation

Mr.Chen was responsible for the disposal of non-performing assets in ICBC. Over the past decade as a lawyer, he focuses on areas of collection and disposal of non-performing asset packages and risk agency of enterprise accounts receivable. The amount of asset packages and corporate claims in the cases which he participated or dominated reached several billion yuan.

Mr.Chen also works in areas of litigation and arbitration. He has taken the patent litigation cases for international companies such as Bayer Medical and many merger and acquisition. In addition, Mr.Chen serves as permanent legal counsel for many large companies.
