Mr.Jia graduated from Liaoning University with a bachelor degree, then finished his study at the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and also obtained a master degree of international business law from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. He is a partner of Beijing Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, and also serves as mediator at Beijing Association for Dispute Resolution and special mediator of Beijing Court.
His research focuses on the theory and practice in civil and commercial economy, foreign-related business, various types of compensation disputes, real estate, corporate legal counsel and risk management, marriage and family inheritance, crimes and criminal litigation and property crimes.
