Pei focuses on legal areas of foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, corporate clearing, antitrust and foreign dispute resolution.


In terms of foreign investment and M&A business, Pei has provided legal services to dozens of foreign companies and foreign-invested companies such as Hyundai Motor Group, LS Wire and C& Group over the past decade. She has also taken charge of numerous sino-foreign joint venture projects, sino-foreign cooperative projects, equity acquisition projects, equity transfer projects, and overseas investment projects in various fields such as manufacturing, advertising, logistics, insurance, and entertainment.

 

In the field of company compliance, Pei has served as the perennial legal advisor for dozens of companies.


In company's clearing business, Pei has led the clearing projects for several companies including Lexing Air Conditioning (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hantai Auto Parts Co., Ltd..


Pei has also handled the concentration filings for several projects, including the merger between Hyundai Steel and Hyundai Hyske in the anti-monopoly field.


As to dispute resolution involving overseas companies, she has represented one well-known foreign biotechnology company in the arbitration with a domestic company, the arbitration in Singapore between a foreign well-known logistics company and a Chinese trading company, and the arbitration between a domestic and an overseas technology enterprise.
