In the case regarding the housing demolition dispute between a shipping company in Chongqing and a housing construction & development company in Chongqing, he succeeded in realizing the creditors rights of the shipping company, which amounted tens of millions; in the case regarding the dispute over neighboring right of copyright between the Ministry of Culture, a bookstore (group) company in Chongqing etc. and a poverty alleviation development company in Chongqing, in which the target involved was more than RMB10 million, he acted as the attorney for the bookstore (group) company and won the case; in the case regarding the copyright dispute between a record company in Hong Kong and a bookstore (group) company in Chongqing, in which the target involved was more than RMB 10 million, he acted as the attorney for the bookstore (group) company and succeeded in reaching out-of-court settlement without any liability for compensation, while the plaintiff, the record company in Hong Kong, withdrew the lawsuit; the first case in Chongqing regarding the copyright infringement of a TV play series; in the case where Fu XX, a university professor, sued against a film and televisionmediacompany by claiming infringement of his copyrights in the novel Biography of the old woman with two guns by the TV series Spear old woman Legends produced by the film and televisionmediacompany, he acted as the attorney for the defendant, the film and televisionmediacompany, and won the case; in the case regarding the trademark dispute between an industrial company in Chongqing and an industrial group company in Chongqing, the case was finally closed by conciliation and he caused the parties to reach business cooperation; in the case regarding the acquisition of an asset management company in Chongqing by an investment consulting company in Shanghai, he caused the completion of the acquisition transaction; in the first case in Chongqing involving the debit card overseas fraud, he acted as the attorney of Li XX to claim against a branch of China Construction Bank in Chongqing for compensation and won the case; in the case regarding Chen XX suspected of burglary and murder, he put forward the defense opinion of insufficient evidence, which was admitted by the prosecution agency, resulting in the decision not to bring a prosecution.
