A series of cases of retrial and protest against the entrustment contract dispute of a Korean subsidiary in China;

a case of a Shanghai cultural creative company participating in bankruptcy and liquidation as a creditor (pursuing the main person in charge of the crime of false bankruptcy through the intersection of civil and criminal law);

A construction contract dispute of Xinjiang construction project of a building materials company in Shanghai，representing the defendant to successfully and dramatically lower the amount of claimed damages.

Non-litigation special cases: served as a legal advisory group lawyer for a district commercial committee in Shanghai, revised and formulated a large number of contract agreements, provided daily legal advice, and participated in the revision of a number of external normative documents; acted as an agent for a number of administrative lawsuits in a district government department in Shanghai, such as undertaking the administrative lawsuit of a resident v. Jing'an District a street governmental information disclosure (the case was concluded with a ruling on the dismissal of the lawsuit).
