During her tenure in Korea, Ms.Jin mainly conducted consulting services on Chinese law, and published several articles in Daily Economic News and Korea Economic News as well as gave lectures. She serves as special or regular legal counsel to Hyundai Motor (China) Investment Company, and multiple subsidiaries of Hyundai and Kia in China. She has provided comprehensive legal services including domestic investment and intellectual property rights to Lotte Group, Korea New World Group and Korea Telecom; in addition, she represented a number of South Korean companies in domestic litigation and arbitration cases.
