As the principal lawyer, she participates in the full legal services of the companys issuance of preferred stocks, including program argumentation, due diligence, issuing legal opinions, and witnessing the issuance process. This is the first non-financial listed company in China to issue preferred stocks.

Beijing Xinzhonglis new third board listing, issuance of corporate bonds and registration of private equity fund management

As the principal lawyer, she provided full-process legal services for the companys new third board listing and issuance of corporate bonds. In addition, she provided legal opinions to Xinli as well as five private funds under it, concerning manager registration and major changes.

China Re Asset Management Companys planned investment in Silicon Valley Paradise Asset Management Group Co., Ltd.

Participated in China Re Assets' investment plan discussion, due diligence and provided legal due diligence report. The project involved the insurance capital investment and the investment company's listing on the new third board.
