Zhengming Li, Executive Committee Member and Managing Partner of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, is a senior arbitrator with qualifications as an independent director for both the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. He also serves as the Core Expert at the Insurance Association of China, Member of the Legal Committee of the Insurance Society of China,Managing Director of the China Behavior Law Association’s Professional Committee of Financial Law, Member of the China Academy of Arbitration Law’s the Professional Committee of Financial Lawand Lecturer for the Eighth Five-Year Legal Education Program of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.With 36 years of experience in legal management and practice, including over two decades as an arbitrator, he has contributed to the drafting of several key laws, such as the Insurance Law, Company Law, Arbitration Law, Maritime Law, and Civil Procedure Law.

Beginning his career in the insurance industry in the 1980s, lawyer Li brings extensive experience collaborating with major domestic and international financial and insurance institutions.
