Established in 1992, Zhonglun W&D Law Firm is among the first partnership law firms approved by the Ministry of Justice of China. Over the years, we have grown into a major comprehensive law firm in China with the goal of expanding its international presence. The firm has been consistently recognized as an “Outstanding Law Firm in Beijing” and is repeatedly recommended by leading international legal directories, including Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, ALB (Asian Legal Business), China Business Law Journal, and Legalband.
