Achievements | Zhonglun W&D Assists Shenzhen SF Holding in Successful Issuance of First Super & Short-Term Commercial Paper of 2023

Based on the authorization from the 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of SF Holding Co., Ltd. (“SF Holding”), its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen SF Taisen Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (“SF Taisen”), applied to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (“NAFMII”) for the registration of multi-variety debt financing instruments. On June 30, 2022, SF Taisen received the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (NAFMII [2022] DFI No. 14) issued by NAFMII.On February 16, 2023, SF Taisen successfully issued its first super & short-term commercial paper of 2023, with a total offering size of RMB 500 million and a term of 260 days.

This super & short-term commercial paper represents the first issuance in 2023 under SF Taisen’s DFI registration – the first DFI registration within the logistics industry in China. DFI is a issuance qualification certification launched by NAFMII aimed at providing bond financing convenience for leading enterprises, imposing high requirements on the registrant’s industry status and financial indicators. Within the valid term of the DFI registration, the registrant can publicly issue products such as super & short-term commercial papers, medium-term notes, perpetual notes, asset-backed notes, and green debt financing instruments in multiple tranches, and can also privately place related products. Subsequent issuances of debt financing instruments under SF Taisen’s DFI registration will help ensure smooth and unhindered flow in the freight and logistics industry, support the country’s overall economic stability and growth, and promote the healthy development of the private economy.
