Achievements | Zhonglun W&D Assists CICT Group in Successful Issuance of Super & Short-Term Commercial Paper

 On April 20, 2023, China Information Communication Technologies Group Corporation (“CICT Group”) successfully issued the first and second tranches of its 2023 super & short-term commercial paper. Each tranche had an offering size of RMB 1.5 billion, totaling RMB 3 billion, with a bond term of 90 days and a coupon rate of 2.26%.

China Information Communication Technologies Group Corporation is a high-tech central state-owned enterprise in information and communication directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is a pioneer in China’s optical communication sector, an innovation leader in wireless communication, and a globally renowned, domestically leading provider of core information and communication products and services. The group comprises six listed companies and multiple non-listed entities, with its business focusing on six key areas: optical communication, mobile communication, photoelectrons and integrated circuits, cybersecurity and particular communication, intelligent applications, and data communication. Its branches span all 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China, as well as over 30 countries overseas, with products and technologies reaching more than 100 countries and regions worldwide.
