Achievements | Zhonglun W&D Assists CICT Group in Successful Issuance of First Medium-Term Notes in 2023

On October 12, 2023, China Information Communication Technologies Group Corporation successfully issued its first medium-term notes of 2023, with a total issuance scale of RMB 1.5 billion, a bond term of 10 years, and a coupon rate of 3.58%. This issuance marks the first 10-year medium-term note in Hubei Province since 2022 and sets the lowest coupon rate on record for 10-year medium-term notes in the province.

China Information Communication Technologies Group Corporation is a high-tech central state-owned enterprise in information and communication directly under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is a pioneer in China’s optical communication sector, an innovation leader in wireless communication, and a globally renowned, domestically leading provider of core information and communication products and services. The group comprises six listed companies and multiple non-listed entities, with its business focusing on six key areas: optical communication, mobile communication, photoelectrons and integrated circuits, cybersecurity and particular communication, intelligent applications, and data communication.
