Zhonglun W&D Law Firm has recently signed a Legal Counseling Agreement with Hunan Jumen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to serve as its long-term legal counsel.

Hunan Jumen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is an agricultural‑biotechnology R&D enterprise dedicated to modernizing and making agriculture sustainable. Its technology originates from the saline-alkali tolerant rice research led by Academician Longping Yuan ’s team and focuses on soil remediation of saline‑alkali lands and the promotion of agricultural biotechnology. At the China‑Central Asia Summit in May 2023, The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan to jointly develop saline‑alkali land remediation projects. The company provides a full suite of services for comprehensive land management, including: (1) the development of integrated land-governance projects; (2) a full breeding program and seed supply chain for site-adapted crops; (3) crop-capacity management and monitoring; (4) various land remediation services such as soil improvement, mine-site restoration, forest‑land management, in-forest planting, sand‑land remediation, and farmland enhancement; and (5) the development of digital agriculture applications and integrated industry services.
