On November 11, 2025, the 3rd Plenary Partner Assembly of Beijing Zhonglun Wende Law Firm was held in the comprehensive meeting room on the 28th floor of Tower 2, Huamao Center. Conducted in an "offline + online" hybrid format, the assembly gathered all partners to conduct in-depth discussions on core topics including system improvement, brand upgrading, back-office support services, and strategic development. Through democratic consultation, the assembly pooled development consensus and injected strong momentum into the firm’s "Phase 2.0 development stage".

The assembly was hosted by Lawyer Li Min, Director of the Executive Committee of Zhonglun Wende Law Firm.

Lawyer Fang Dengfa, Standing Director and Senior Partner of Zhonglun Wende Law Firm, introduced the firm’s proposed retirement system plan. Senior partners conducted in-depth discussions on the system and reached a consensus, generally acknowledging that a scientific and improved retirement system is an important pillar for the firm’s sustainable development and provides institutional guarantee for its long-term stable growth.

Lawyer Li Zhengming, Party Secretary and Member of the Executive Committee of Zhonglun Wende Law Firm, presided over discussions on work systems such as external publicity for partners.

As a newly admitted partner, Lawyer Xu Zheng shared his practice experience and professional focus, demonstrating the professional competence and growth potential of young lawyers.

In the final session, Lawyer Li Min invited all partners to put forward suggestions for the firm’s development, and all partners spoke enthusiastically. This partner assembly further improved the governance system, clarified the development direction, and consolidated team synergy.
