Attorney Chen Wen focuses his practice on real estate law, financial law and corporate practice. He has played a pivotal role in advancing the development of non-litigation real estate legal services, personal housing mortgage loan legal services and real estate asset securitization legal services in China. In 2016, he took the initiative to establish Global Legal Alliance (GLA), the first international legal institution led by Chinese lawyers.
