He holds a Master of Laws in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws in International Business Law from the University of Aberdeen, UK. Hao Wei served for many years in the Civil Trial Division of a Intermediate People's Court in Hebei Province and has practiced law for over two decades.
