Attorney Zhen Qinggui specializes in
real estate and construction projects, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and
intellectual property law. With 30 years of legal practice, he provides

He has served as an expert on the
Advisory Committee of the Supreme Court Intellectual Property Case Research
Guidance (Beijing) Base, a member of the Intellectual Property Professional
Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, the director of the Competition
and Anti-monopoly Law Professional Committee of the 8th and 9th Beijing Lawyers
Association, and the deputy director of the Trademark Law Professional
Committee of the 10th Beijing Lawyers Association. Currently, he serves as an
