Lawyer Ling Zhongshi, a

Studies Association, and a senior researcher at the Arbitration Research
Institute of the Xi'an Arbitration Commission. He has served as an arbitrator
for over 100 domestic and overseas institutions, including the Hong Kong
Regional Arbitration Center of the Asian-African Legal Consultative
Organization, the Central Asian International Arbitration Court, the
Thai-Chinese International Arbitration and Mediation Center, as well as
institutions in Chongqing, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an, Guiyang, Lanzhou, Hainan,
Shenyang, Nanning, Xiamen, and Qingdao. He has been appointed as the chief
arbitrator, sole arbitrator, and arbitrator in over 200 cases.
