Achievements
Civil and Commercial Cases
a. Assisted a construction enterprise in mitigating losses exceeding RMB 60 million in areas including lease contract disputes, guarantee contract disputes, and construction contract disputes.
b. Represented a transportation company in a transportation contract dispute against PetroChina Company Limited, recovering over RMB 30 million in losses for the client.
c. Provided legal services to clients from Hong Kong, Argentina, Los Angeles, Irvine, Dubai, Kenya, Italy, and Jordan in areas including international sale of goods and overseas investments—drafting and reviewing relevant contracts, managing legal risk, and handling litigation and arbitration to safeguard clients’ lawful rights and interests to the greatest extent.
Criminal Cases
a. Participated in the defense of Mr. Wang in a suspected fraud case; the client was released on bail and the case was later dismissed.
b. Participated in the defense of Mr. Zhang in a suspected illegal business operation case; the client was released on bail and the case was later dismissed.
c. Participated in the defense of Mr. Dai in a suspected organization and leadership of pyramid schemes case; the client was released on bail and the case was later dismissed.
Capital Market
a. share IPO projects: Jiangbolong Electronics A-share IPO, Qingyan Environment A-share IPO, Ansoft Technology, among others.
b. M&A and refinancing of listed companies: Zhongwei Electronics (300270) non-public offering project, ST Renzhi (002629) non-public offering project, and Xingyuan Material (300568) public issuance of convertible bonds project, etc.
On January 1, 2024, Equity Partner Wang established a scholarship at the Renmin University of China Law School.Each year, under the recommendation of Professor Yu Mincai, two students in need are selected to receive a grant of RMB 6,000 each. To date, four students have been supported through this initiative.
