Chunfen Cao, holding a Master's degree in Law from Peking University, is a member of the Communist Party of China,. She serves as the Director of the State owned Enterprise Compliance Professional Committee of the Beijing State owned Assets Rule of Law Research Association, Director of the Administrative Policy and State owned Assets Operation Professional Committee, Deputy Director of the Capital Market and Securities Professional Committee. One of these events was held in December 2023 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. The event featured discussions on current capital market trends. It also included a comparative evaluation of multi-tier capital market listing thresholds with strategic board selection methodology. Additionally, the advantages of listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange were discussed, along with practical aspects of securities business for lawyers.
