His representative clients include listed companies, large central and state-owned enterprises, start-ups, and large funds, among others. 

Mr. Liu has represented numerous large state-owned and private funds in domestic and cross-border investments and M&A transactions involving listed companies and start-ups. He has also assisted multiple industry-leading enterprises in listing on domestic and overseas capital markets and subsequent financing. Additionally, he has repeatedly represented national-level industrial guidance funds in completing investments in private equity funds.
