Lawyer Lou Yaoxiong,
graduated from Peking University Law School（SJD）, (New York) Benjamin N.
Cardozo School of Law (LLM) and was appointed by the Ministry of Industry and
Information Technology as expert of the Drafting Group of the
Telecommunications Law. Lou also serves as an arbitrator of the China
International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Chinese representative
in United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group IV
(Electronic Commerce). Lou is a member of the New York Bar Association,
President of Beijing Communication Legal Research Association. Lou has published more than ten
professional books such as "Telecommunications Law",
"Jurisprudence" and "Restatement of American Telecommunications
Law Cases". His major clients include telecom, media and
high-tech enterprises such as China Unicom, China Telecom, China Broadnet,
TravelSky, China-ASEAN, Range International, China Nuclear Media, China
Electronic Port and China Transport Telecommunications & Information Group;
he has been the permanent legal advisor for government entities including the
Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, Beijing Communications
Administration Bureau. Notably, Lou has been honored with the "Highly
Recommended Outstanding Partners in 2024" by Legal Vision.
