He Qian, serves as Deputy Secretary-General
of the Wealth Management Legal Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers
Association. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Zhongnan University of Economics
and Law and a Master of Laws in Civil and Commercial Law from China University
of Political Science and Law. He is a member of the China Mergers and Acquisitions
Association (CMAA), the only financial industry chamber of commerce under the
All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and is qualified to practice
securities. Additionally, he serves as a mediator for the Beijing Diversified
Mediation Development Promotion Association.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate
law. His non-litigation work includes corporate investment and financing,
mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and liquidation, equity structure
design, New Third Board listings and issuances, corporate capital-related
matters, and international commercial transactions. In litigation, he
specializes in corporate dispute resolution, including conflicts between
controlling and minority shareholders, disputes between creditors and companies
or their shareholders, and issues involving directors, supervisors, senior
executives, and the companies themselves.
He joined Zhong Lun Wen De in early 2008 and
previously worked at the investment banking division of Central China
Securities, an A+H share listed company, where he was involved in New Third
Board listings and off-exchange corporate financing and mergers and
acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on corporate
law, serving numerous corporate clients and resolving a wide range of legal
issues.
