• Representing emerging construction companies (state-owned enterprises) in disputes over sales contracts with Hunan Gaoling Group and others (with a claimed principal of approximately 135 million yuan and a penalty of approximately 230 million yuan fully supported)
• Representing a technology company in Beijing (a wholly-owned subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise and a well-known investment institution in Beijing) in an intermediary contract dispute arbitration case with an investment management company in Beijing (the other party claimed a target amount of approximately 45 million yuan, but the arbitration commission ultimately only supported approximately 6 million yuan)
• Representing a technology company in Beijing, Chen and Zhang in a contract dispute (the other party claimed a target amount of 32.5 million yuan, but later withdrew the lawsuit)
• Representing a Beijing based company (state-owned enterprise) in the first and second instance of a housing lease contract dispute case with a Beijing based science and trade limited liability company (the subject matter of this lawsuit is 5.35 million yuan, the subject matter of the counterclaim is 7.92 million yuan, involving a subsequent amount of approximately 40 million yuan, and is being remanded for retrial)
• Representing Xu and Zhang in a dispute over a property sales contract (the claimed amount of approximately 10 million yuan was fully supported)
• Acting as an agent for Huabei Hotel (a subsidiary of the state-owned enterprise Rongtong Group) to sue a property management company in Beijing and a management company in Jiangxi for a housing lease contract dispute (the total amount of the two cases is about 7 million yuan, under trial)
• Representing COFCO Group (a state-owned enterprise) in the second and retrial of two labor disputes with Jia (involving historical legacy issues with a time span of about 30 years). The Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court and Beijing High Court supported all of our claims and rejected the other party's claims
• Representing Li and Su in partnership contract disputes and loan contract disputes (related to foreign-related cases during the epidemic, we have helped clients recover about 80% of the funds involved)
