Lawyer Deng Youhua

Before becoming a full-time lawyer, worked as a senior executive in the
financial securities industry. He began his career as a full-time lawyer in
2008 and is now a founding partner deputy director of Beijing Zhonglun Wende
(Wuhan) Law Firm. His areas of expertise include corporate legal affairs,
family wealth management and inheritance and corporate taxation. Since his
practice began, he has served as the main lawyer for the listing of several
companies on the New Third Board, the main lawyer for the and reorganization of
several companies, and as a legal consultant for several companies and
government institutions; he has also handled dozens of civil cases.
