Ms.
Geng graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in the United States and
holds dual master's degrees in law. She has extensive experience in providing
comprehensive legal services for domestic and international corporate general
counsel and real estate sectors. Her expertise covers the entire process of
real estate investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, development,
operation, sales, and overseas asset allocation. She has worked on a variety of
real estate projects, including new development, urban renewal, comprehensive communities,
project revitalization and reorganization, and operational management.
Ms.
Geng is also a member of the International Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar
Association and an editor for the committee's journal, "International Law
Newsletter." She is a certified (senior) corporate compliance officer. Ms.
Geng has long served as legal counsel for multiple state-owned enterprises,
foreign-invested companies, and offshore corporations. She provides
full-process legal services for corporate investment and financing cooperation,
equity acquisitions, debt and creditor transactions, and dispute resolution.
She has also represented construction companies and project owners in numerous
litigation and arbitration cases, as well as business negotiations, excelling
in litigation strategy optimization and commercial risk control.
