Ms. Geng Tiantian, a Senior Partner at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm Shanghai Office, and a Senior Corporate Compliance Officer. Ms. Geng graduated from The Pennsylvania State University. She also acts as a legal counsel for numerous enterprises, providing full-process legal support for commercial transactions and dispute resolution including enterprise internal control, corporate structure design, external investment and financing cooperation, offshore company equity acquisition, as well as creditor's rights and debt settlement.

Ms. Geng has been the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award conferred by the International Law Professional Committee of the Shanghai Lawyers Association, the title of Excellent Partner of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm Shanghai Office, and the 2025 Yangtze River Delta Special Award: Distinguished Lawyer in Real Estate and Construction Engineering issued by LegalOne.
