Lawyer Li Yuming joined Zhonglun W&D in
2010 and is a partner at the Shanghai office. Since commencing his legal
practice, Lawyer Li's areas of expertise have primarily focused on civil and
commercial dispute resolution as well as corporate compliance and governance.
In 2020, Lawyer Li was recognized by the Shanghai Lawyers Association as a specialist
in three fields: corporate law, intellectual property, and financial securities
and insurance.
Lawyer Li has long provided legal services
to large and medium-sized enterprises both domestically and internationally, as
well as to public figures. His corporate clients include multiple subsidiaries
of China Communications Construction Company , General Electric (USA), Alstom
(France), Uni-President Enterprises, Tianan (China), Dah Sing Bank, Bank of
Tianjin, and Perfect World.
In the academic field, Lawyer Li serves as
a teaching faculty member at Sun Yat-sen University and other higher education
institutions. He has participated in the compilation of articles such as "Research
on the 'Seat of Arbitration' in International Commercial Arbitration"
and "Belt and Road International Trade, Investment, and Engineering
Legal Practice and Dispute Resolution" (Chapter 4 - Dispute Resolution
in International Trade).
