“With 20 years of practical experience in criminal and civil law, I spent 9 years working in the Criminal Division of the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China. During this tenure, I participated in adjudicating multiple cases of significant nationwide impact and contributed to several judicial interpretation research projects.
I also bring 10 years of experience as an in-house counsel, having served as the Deputy Director of Risk Control at a large listed enterprise and the General Manager of a legal services company. In these roles, I oversaw a litigation docket comprising thousands of matters, directly handling over one hundred cases. I also led the drafting of more than ten internal control guidelines and was deeply involved in investment/financing, operational legal support, and compliance supervision.
