Municipal Bureau of Justice. She serves as a Member of the Cyber and
Information Law Research Society of the China Law Society, a Member of the Big
Data and Information Security Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry
and Commerce, and Deputy Director of the Mediation.

clients include: central state-owned enterprises and publicly listed companies;
Taiwan-related enterprises and inheritance cases involving Taiwan veterans;
family businesses and succession clients; international organizations and
representative offices of foreign companies.
She
has extensive experience in complex litigation, having secured final-instance
victories in major cases such as Ansteel International v. Xinjiang Bagang – Upper
Yellow River Water Conservancy Project Contract Dispute, Beijing Mobile – Sales
Contract Dispute, and litigation to invalidate and revoke a State-owned Land
Use Right Certificate. She has also successfully represented enforcement
objection proceedings, overturning an erroneous arbitral award issued by an
arbitration commission and terminating enforcement.
She
has substantial expertise in corporate compliance management systems, providing
guidance for enterprises across sectors.
Her
published works include“Legal Risks and Preventive Measures for Chinese Telecom Operators
Procuring Critical Foreign Equipment” and“Research on the Legitimacy of Government
Administrative Actions”, among others.
