Mr. Yan Jin serves as the Founder and Director of Zhonglun W&D (Kunming) Law Firm. He is a member of the China Democratic League, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, an external director of the Kunming Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and one of the drafters of "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Compliance Management Systems for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China." His professional expertise encompasses criminal defense, corporate and entrepreneurial criminal compliance construction, international criminal business (focusing on anti-corruption compliance in foreign-related affairs), and international economic exchanges and investment in ASEAN.
