Lawyer Linfang Fu holds a Master's degree in Law from Zhejiang University and has been practicing law for over ten years. He is a senior partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Hangzhou) Law Firm, and also serves as a professor, a member of the Discipline Inspection Committee, a member of the Academic Committee, and legal advisor at Zhejiang Tourism Vocational College. He specializes in legal services for the cultural tourism industry.

In 2014, he was selected as a Young Expert by the former National Tourism Administration, and in 2020, he was recognized as an Outstanding Expert by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Over the years, he has been appointed as a legal advisor to the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, as well as the Party Committee and District Government of Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.
