• Representing a well-known guarantee company in twenty-six arbitrations before SIAC against various debtors in relation to borrowing and lending contracts that amounts to over CNY 15 million
• Assisting the team to represent a private equity fund in an arbitration before CIETAC against a U.S company in relation to a partnership investment agreement dispute amounts to USD 1 million
• Representing a Hong Kong client in an arbitration before GZAC against another Hong Kong citizen regarding several apartments purchase agreements dispute that amounts to over CNY 40 million
• Advised a Hong Kong listed infrastructure company on a potential litigation before Beijing SIPC against a Chinese SOE regarding a share purchase agreement dispute that amounts to CNY 148 million
• Advised a Chinese client on a potential litigation against BitMEX regarding a service agreement dispute that amounts to CNY 2.78 million

• - Represented Shenzhen Junhaiwei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. in an enforcement case against Sang Sang Industrial Co., Ltd. in the High Court of Hong Kong in relation to a dispute over the contract for the sale and purchase of international goods, with the subject matter of the enforcement amounting to USD 560,000
• - Represented Shuncheng Financial Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in an enforcement case in the Qianhai Court of Shenzhen in relation to a dispute over the contract for the lease of finance against the executant Shenzhen Angel Food Co. Ltd. in the enforcement of a factoring contract dispute against Jiangsu Guanhai International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. and other executives, with an enforcement target of RMB 3 million
• - Represented Shenzhen Shuncheng Lefeng Factoring Co. in the enforcement of a guarantee contract dispute against Zhuang Moumou and other executives before Qingdao Intermediate Court. Representing Shenzhen Shunfeng Rongtong Investment Management Co., Ltd. in an enforcement case against Zhuang Moumou and other executors before the Qingdao Intermediate Court, the subject matter of which amounted to RMB500,000.
