Attorney Cao LinGraduated from China University
of Political Science and Law, she holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master
of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law. She won the first place in the 10th
Jiang Ping Civil and Commercial Law Scholarship, boasting a solid theoretical
foundation in civil and commercial law.
After graduation, she worked at a local
commercial bank, serving successively as a Credit Manager and Corporate Legal
Counsel. Equipped with sound financial knowledge, she is able to effectively
apply it to the analysis of complex commercial cases.
During
her legal practice, Attorney Cao Lin has handled numerous dispute cases
involving financial loans, private lending, guarantees, and construction
project contracts. She has also provided special legal services for a number of
financial institutions and real estate enterprises. With strong judicial
