Guangjun Zhou successively studied at Chongqing University of
Technology, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and Sichuan
University, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and an Executive Master of
Business Administration (EMBA). He holds certifications as a Class-1 Registered
Constructor and Senior Engineer.
Since 1997, Attorney Zhou has worked in project management for a
major state-owned enterprise, later transitioning to corporate legal affairs.
He currently serves as a lawyer at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, leveraging his
dual professional background in law and engineering management. He has
accumulated extensive experience in project management and risk prevention
across multiple fields, including land primary development, land grant
procedures, project mergers and acquisitions, project financing, construction
engineering, wealth management, international trade, and logistics.
Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator for the Chengdu Arbitration
Commission.
His primary legal practice areas include
real estate, construction engineering, corporate law/mergers and acquisitions,
wealth management, international logistics and trade, and dispute resolution.
