Deng Jiancheng is a Member of the Communist Party
of China and holds a postgraduate degree in law from China University of
Political Science and Law. Admitted to practice in 2002, he brings over 23
years of extensive legal experience to his role as a founding partner at
Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Taiyuan) Law Firm. Mr. Deng also serves as an
arbitrator at the Taiyuan Arbitration Commission.
He acts as a long-term legal advisor to
various government departments, public institutions, and large enterprises,
including the Taiyuan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Taiyuan
Health School, and Shanxi Special Education Secondary Vocational School.

Mr. Deng specializes in corporate real estate,
