Achievements

  • Enforcement Case of Loan Contract Dispute for Taiyuan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.
  • The loan in question was issued in 1995, thus exceeding the statutory maximum limitation period. Through pre-litigation asset preservation, the court successfully froze the defendants assets worth 9 million yuan and obtained a repayment commitment signed by the legal representative. After securing a first-instance judgment, the case underwent execution objections and reconsideration procedures, ultimately leading to an execution settlement that enabled the client to recover 5.5 million yuan in debt.
  • · Acting as the agent for Shanxi Tongfu Group Co., Ltd. in the case of Taiyuan Hudong Building Co., Ltd.
  •     In response to the enforcement obstacles caused by the long-term occupation of the mortgaged commercial building by a third party, the court successfully addressed the third partys objection to enforcement and subsequent first-instance and second-instance litigation. Ultimately, the debt was settled through judicial auction, and comprehensive takeover measures were implemented during the pandemic, successfully assisting the client in recovering the mortgaged property.
  • Acting as the agent for Jinan Siqiang Trading Co., Ltd. in the case of Taiyuan Dafangyao Co., Ltd.
  • After the case was "terminated", the court successfully applied for additional legal procedures such as adding the judgment debtor through in-depth investigation of shareholders' capital contributions and bank transaction records. Through litigation procedures including execution objections and third-party objections, the court ultimately prevailed in both cases, compelling the judgment debtor to negotiate voluntarily and achieving the recovery of creditors' rights.
  • · Enforcement Case of Factoring Contract Dispute for Yuncheng Jiefang Road Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd.
  • When no executable assets are found in the debtors' books, the credit reporting system is utilized to verify the pledge status of accounts receivable, enabling prompt application for seizure or freezing of such receivables. By intercepting cash flows, the enforcement process is facilitated, thereby effectively recovering the debt.
