1.     Advised a Chinese SOE on the various issues concerning the dispute with a Korean shareholders arising out of the termination of the cooperation.

2.     Assisted a Chinese SOE to claim against a UK company under a construction contract.

3.     Assisted a Singapore company to claim against a Chinese seller under a steel sale contract.

4.     Represented an airline in a subrogation dispute with an insurance company, and the case was selected as a typical case of Tianjin Court for the service and protection of the "Belt and Road" construction.

5.     Represented an oil exploration company in a farming damage claim, which is the first dispute case in China involving the conflict between exploration air-gun operation and farming.

6.     Represented a new energy automobile company in two arbitration cases.

7.     Represented a large construction company in a dispute within shareholders.

8.     Acted for a Tianjin shipbuilding company, to provide legal services for the special inspection and repair project of two semi-submersible oil drilling platforms of a large foreign natural gas company;

9.     Acted for a Zhejiang shipyard, to deal with the maritime arbitration in respect of the dispute over ship building;

10.   Acted for the P&I club and owners to handle various cases;

11.   Acted for a USA oil company, to handle the cases arising of the oil leakage from the platform pipeline;

12.   Acted for a Hong Kong company, to handle the disputes with a BVI company under a series of voyage charterparties, involving Hong Kong arbitration proceedings, BVI and Hong Kong insolvency proceedings and the cargo attachment and auction in the mainland courts.
