With extensive experience working at a grassroots court in Tianjin, Zhang Lingxia is currently a Non-Equity Partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Tianjin) Law Firm. She serves as the Deputy Chair of the Group Finance Leasing Committee and the Chair of the Tianjin Finance Leasing Committee at Zhonglun W&D. Additionally, she is a member of the "Financial Mediation Committee" at the Tianjin Higher People’s Court and the Tianjin Binhai New Area Court, as well as a specialized lawyer in finance, securities, and insurance at the Tianjin Lawyers Association. 

She has represented clients in financial debt recovery cases and finance leasing enforcement supervision cases heard by the Supreme People’s Court of China, which were awarded the "Outstanding Deals" by the *China Business Law Journal* in 2021 and 2023, respectively.

1. Reversal Victory in a Second-Instance Civil Appeal Case under the Jurisdiction of the Supreme People’s Court: Represented a local branch of an Asset Management Company in a financial不良debt recovery dispute against a Petrochemical Machinery Sales Company, achieving a reversal victory (case value: approximately RMB 765 million). 

2. Victory via Enforcement Supervision Procedure under the Jurisdiction of the Supreme People’s Court: Represented a Financial Leasing Company in an enforcement case involving a contractual dispute with an Engineering Bureau Company, securing a favorable outcome through enforcement supervision (case value: approximately RMB 400 million). 

3. Victory via Enforcement Supervision Procedure under the Jurisdiction of the Supreme People’s Court: Represented a Financial Leasing Company in an enforcement objection case against a District People’s Government, achieving a successful resolution (case value: approximately RMB 720 million). 

4. Successful Mediation in a Second-Instance Civil Case under the Jurisdiction of the Tianjin Higher People’s Court: Represented a Financial Leasing Company in a leasing contract dispute with a Beijing-based Real Estate Investment Management Company, facilitating full repayment through mediation (case value: approximately RMB 347 million). 

5. Successful Auction of Significant Equity for Full Recovery under the Jurisdiction of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Tianjin: Represented a local branch of a Bank in a financial loan contract dispute against a Real Estate Group Company, achieving full recovery through auction (case value: approximately RMB 100 million). 

6. Bankruptcy Liquidation Cases under the Jurisdiction of the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Tianjin: Represented a Bureau Group Company in a series of financial loan contract disputes involving bankruptcy liquidation (total case value: approximately RMB 598 million). 

7. Government-Related Debt Enforcement Cases under the Jurisdiction of the Third Intermediate People’s Court of Tianjin: Represented a Financial Leasing Company in an enforcement case involving a leasing contract dispute with a Group Company, achieving a favorable outcome (case value: approximately RMB 1.935 billion).
