• Served as the defense counsel in a major case of forced transactions (with an involved amount of 10 million yuan), and finally the investigation department successfully withdrew the case;
• Served as the defense counsel in the "607 Major Financial Case" in Shanxi Province (involving a bribery amount of 140 million yuan and illegal lending of 10 billion yuan);
• Served as the defense counsel in the major nationwide cases of illegal fundraising, namely the cases of "Zhongyong Nuoxin" and "Nuoyuan Group";
• Represented a senior executive of a listed company in Tianjin in a case of illegal and irregular information disclosure.
