Zhou Jingwei holds the senior title of Second-Class Lawyer and serves as a member of the Tianjin Government's Rule of Law Think Tank. He specializes in providing comprehensive legal services across various domains, including corporate governance, investment and financing, equity transfer, property insurance, finance, real estate, construction engineering, and maritime commerce. His expertise encompasses both dispute resolution and non-litigation specialized legal advisory services within these fields.
Since becoming a full-time lawyer in October 1992, Mr. Zhou has successfully handled a substantial number of litigation and non-litigation legal matters involving corporate enterprises, financial institutions, insurance companies, maritime commerce, real estate transactions, and various contractual agreements. He is particularly renowned for his proficiency in the insurance sector.
He has provided legal support to numerous prominent organizations, such as the Tianjin State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), the Tianjin Metro Line construction project, the Tianjin Branch of the People's Insurance Company of China, the Tianjin Branch of Taiping Property Insurance, the Tianjin Branch of China United Property Insurance, the Hong Kong Nanhua Group, the Tianjin Rainbow Real Estate Group, and Yuansheng (Tianjin) Investment and Development Co., Ltd. His professional services have consistently garnered high praise and recognition from clients.

In recent years, Mr. Zhou has successfully handled several major complex and challenging cases, including: a second-instance case at the Supreme Court involving a pharmaceutical group versus a company in an entrusted loan dispute; a first-instance case at the Tianjin High Court involving a bank versus a group in a loan guarantee dispute; a second-instance case at the Tianjin High Court involving a bank versus an insurance company in a warranty insurance dispute; a first-instance case at the Tianjin Second Intermediate People's Court involving a company versus an insurance company in a profit loss insurance dispute; a first-instance case at the Tianjin Third Intermediate People's Court concerning a complex dispute over a land allocation fee contract; arbitration cases representing a company in disputes over general contracting contracts for construction projects and glass curtain wall construction contracts; and an administrative proposal filed on behalf of a district environmental bureau against a company for nighttime construction administrative penalties. These efforts have effectively safeguarded the significant property interests of clients.
