Yan Hongwei, practicing lawyer, member of
the Communist Party of China, senior partner of Beijing Zhonglun W&D
(Xi'an) Law Firm, specially invited social supervisor of administrative law
enforcement in Xi'an, member of the 8th Criminal Professional Committee of
Shaanxi Lawyers Association, and practical instructor of the Public Security
College of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He graduated from
