Lawyer Zhang Anqi is a partner at Beijing
Zhonglun W&D (Xi'an) Law Firm. Her professional fields include dispute
resolution, corporate and mergers and acquisitions, insurance, etc. After
graduation, she joined the Hong Kong-listed company PPIG as a legal consultant.
At the end of 2017, she returned to China and engaged in legal practice in the
fields of litigation and non-litigation, serving as a legal consultant for
multiple listed companies, large central enterprises, and state-owned
enterprises. She is responsible for providing legal services to clients in related
fields such as capital markets, investment and mergers and acquisitions of
non-listed companies, foreign-related law, and civil and commercial litigation.
In December 2021, she was appointed as a practical mentor at the School of Law,
Xi'an University of Finance and Economics.
