Lawyer Kou
Jianming is a senior partner of Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Zhengzhou) Law Firm
and the head of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Committee. He was
formerly the head of the Legal Affairs Department of the Henan Region of
Evergrande Group and the head of the Legal Affairs Department of Zhengshang
Group. He also holds social positions such as a director of the Commercial Law
Research Association of Henan Law Society and an off-campus tutor of Henan
Normal University.
Kou
Jianming graduated from the School of Law of Henan University. He is a
professional lawyer with many years of experience in the real estate and
construction engineering fields. He has previously worked in a large
state-owned enterprise in Zhengzhou, a top-three listed real estate leading
enterprise in China, and a local listed real estate leading enterprise in the
province. He has accumulated more than ten years of practical experience in
real estate, including more than five years of working experience as the
regional and group legal affairs head of real estate enterprises. He is
familiar with the entire process of real estate development and construction.
