Angel Duan, a senior partner (and deputy
director of the managing committee) of Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Changsha) Law
Firm. Her professional fields include non-litigation and dispute resolution in
the fields of mining, electric power, engineering machinery and other
manufacturing industries. Her major clients include government agencies,
state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private enterprises. Angel has
been on the list of foreign-related leading talents of the P.R.C. Ministry of
Justice, and serves as arbitrators and/or mediators of some institutions. She
is vice president of Hunan Commercial Mediation Association, vice president of
CCPIT Changsha, etc. She also attended the training program of the Bar
Association of England and Wales. She has participated in projects such as the
"One Belt and One Road" Country Legal Research Series (Serbia) and
the Guide to ICSID Cases.
