• Represented the plaintiff, Huarong Construction Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., in a construction project contract dispute against the defendants Hengnan County Tianyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., He Guiling, and Wang Kaihua. Successfully obtained a civil judgment (2020) Xiang 0422 Min Chu No. 1387. In this case, the court upheld all of the plaintiff's claims, ordering the defendants to pay compensation, reimbursements for goods, and the plaintiff's attorney's fees incurred in enforcing the creditor's rights.
• Represented the plaintiff, Hengyang Xingyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., in a dispute over confirmation of contract validity against the defendants Hengnan County Buguang Film Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Hunan Shijian Investment Management Co., Ltd. Successfully obtained a favorable judgment (2021) Xiang 0422 Min Chu No. 999, safeguarding the plaintiff's rights and interests.
• Represented the plaintiff, China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Hengyang Branch, in a financial loan contract dispute against the defendants Hunan Kaiyuan Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Xiao Kaiwu, and Wang Yuanzhi. The case involved an amount of approximately RMB 80 million. All claims were fully supported by the court, resulting in a favorable judgment (2023) Xiang 0408 Min Chu No. 1662.
