District, Changsha, Director of the Enterprise Compliance Committee, Deputy
Director of the Taxation Committee, and Deputy Director of the Corporate and
Commercial Committee. She holds dual professional qualifications as both a
lawyer and a certified tax advisor, with solid interdisciplinary expertise in
law, taxation, and accounting, coupled with extensive practical experience.
As a long-term project leader and chief coordinator, Attorney
Liu Yarong possesses comprehensive capabilities in handling major, complex, and
challenging projects and resolving related issues. She has provided a wide
range of legal and advisory services to numerous government agencies,
state-owned enterprises, and private companies, including legal consultancy,
investment and mergers & acquisitions, bond issuance, equity investment and
financing, corporate tax-related matters, and corporate governance,
accumulating rich practical experience in these areas.
