Luo Xuemin, male, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist
Party of China, graduated from Hunan University of Science and Technology in
1994. He taught at a key high school in Hunan Province for 10 years, passed the
first judicial qualification examination in 2002, and began practicing at Hunan
Xiangjiang Law Firm in 2004. In 2008, he founded Hunan Xiangding Law Firm, and
in 2018, he established (joined) Zhonglun W&D (Changsha) Law Firm, where he
currently serves as a senior partner, deputy director, chairman of the board of
supervisors, and disciplinary inspection member of the Party branch. In 2016,
he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Lawyer of Changsha City." In
September 2020, he was certified as a specialist lawyer in "Construction
and Real Estate" and "Labor Law" by the Hunan Provincial Lawyers
Association. With more than 20 years of dedicated legal practice, he possesses
solid theoretical knowledge, rich practical experience, a diligent work ethic,
