Attorney Peng Weihan serves
as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and a member of the Management
Committee at the Beijing Zhonglun W&D （Changsha）Law
Firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master's degree in Constitutional and
Administrative Law from Wuhan University. Mr. Peng is also a member of the
Party Committee of the Changsha Lawyers Industry and a standing council member
of the Changsha Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is an industry mentor for
professional degree postgraduate students at the Law School of Hunan
University.
