Lawyer Zhu Weitao is
currently a Senior Partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D (Changsha) Law Firm
(concurrently serving as Deputy Director of the Management Committee), Director
of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Professional Committee, and Director of the
Young Lawyers Working Committee. He is also a member of the Liquidation and
Bankruptcy Legal Affairs Professional Committee of the Changsha Lawyers
Association, a representative of the executive director unit of the Changsha
Bankruptcy Administrators Association, and a representative member of the Hunan
Province Bankruptcy Administrators Association. Since beginning his legal
career, he has handled a series of highly socially influential cases in the
field of corporate bankruptcy: serving as the administrator in corporate
bankruptcy cases, leading multiple corporate liquidation, compulsory
liquidation, and bankruptcy restructuring matters; providing legal services for
creditors to recover debts through corporate liquidation or restructuring;
offering investment planning, legal analysis, and restructuring proposal
services for investors participating in bankruptcy restructuring; and providing
legal services for both compulsory and voluntary corporate liquidation..
